Catalogue
You build the shop once, and it stays standing.
One product, the sizes and colours you carry, the price and the photos. The grid creates every variant in one go - a gi from A0 to A5, the belts by colour - and the screen itself tells you what is missing before you publish: photo, description, price, stock.
Buying
The student picks, adds to the cart and pays.
Colour first, size second - and only the sizes that exist in that colour show up. They can take several items in a single order and pay for it all at once: card, MB WAY, bank transfer or cash, or arrange it over WhatsApp if the academy prefers.
Selling on the spot
Someone walks off with a belt. It gets recorded.
The counter sale no longer needs the counter: the instructor records it from their phone, and the admin from the orders screen itself. You pick who took it - or nobody, when it was someone who came in from outside and is not coming back.
Stock
Stock goes down on its own, and warns before it runs out.
Wherever the sale came from - the shop, the counter, the instructor's phone - stock goes down with a trail. Every variant has its own minimum alert and, when it runs out, you do not lose the order: whoever wanted it is told as soon as it is back.

No second shop
It lives inside Orira: the student signs in with the account they already have, no second password and no second checkout.
Payments
Card (Stripe), MB WAY, bank transfer and cash. With a proof of payment, the academy validates before the order counts as paid.
Photos
Up to 12 per product, draggable to reorder, and each one can be tied to a colour.
Orders
Pending → awaiting validation → paid → delivered, searchable by name, product or order code.
Payouts
A product can have someone responsible for it - and the sale creates their payout automatically.
