Linking tags to students is done inside the Orira app (Kiosk NFC). Only the NFC reader and the tablet/laptop hosting the kiosk are the gym's responsibility.

Is it only for Jiu-Jitsu?
No. Ready for Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and other combat sports / martial arts.
How do I migrate my students?
Send us your spreadsheet (or an export from your current software) and we handle the migration with you: students, fees and gradings. It is usually ready within 48h and free during your trial. Limited assisted-onboarding slots in this phase.
How do I try it?
Email us with everything you need, or reach out on WhatsApp or Instagram to learn more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard during the trial (no charge) or after subscribing (you keep access until the paid period ends). No fees, no questions.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export your academy's data (students, payments, attendance) as CSV anytime. GDPR compliant - your academy is the data controller, Orira is the processor.
How long does setup take?
You set everything up yourself in ~15 minutes: create the academy, add your first modality and plan, import students. There's no mandatory setup, explore at your own pace during the trial.
What if I'm coming from other software?
We accept CSV imports for students, plans and payments. You can keep collecting via MBWAY/IBAN/cash in parallel (MANUAL mode) - Orira tracks and validates payments without forcing a switch.
How do I collect money from students?
You pick the methods. MBWay, IBAN or cash work as they always have - student pays, attaches proof, gym validates in 2 taps. For automatic card collection, connect Stripe (instant validation, standard processing fees). Enable any combination of the 4 methods. Orira doesn't force you to change how you already work.
How much does Orira charge per card transaction?
Tier-based Orira margin: Essencial 2.5%, Pro/Max 1%. The standard Stripe fee (~1.5% + €0.25) is added on top. Total: ~4% on Essencial, ~2.5% on Pro/Max. Example: a student pays €40 on a Pro plan - you receive ~€38.75; €1.25 goes to Stripe + Orira. For MBWay/IBAN/cash there is no Orira fee.
Who absorbs the risk of chargebacks and refunds?
Orira absorbs it. If Stripe reverses a charge (chargeback, dispute, refund), your IBAN is never debited retroactively - our balance covers it. The fee above is the ceiling: what you see is what you receive, no surprises at month end. It is part of the margin we charge.
What hardware do I need for the NFC kiosk?
A tablet or laptop with a browser + a USB NFC reader (~€20 on Amazon). Custom NFC tags branded for your academy can be ordered in packs (20 / 50 / 100) - see the add-on below. The tag-to-student binding happens inside the app.
I have several gyms or a network. Does it work?
Yes. The Multi-branch console is 199€/mo on HQ's account and gives you the consolidated view of the whole network: students, revenue and new sign-ups per branch in one dashboard, brand catalogue and stock, orders from HQ to branches, and aggregated sales. Each gym joins on whatever plan it wants and pays its own subscription — or you sponsor it. 0% royalty to Orira. At this stage we set it up with you, 1 on 1.
How much does Orira take from my network's royalty?
Zero. You set and charge your own royalty to the branches and keep 100% of what the network generates. Orira takes nothing on it; you only pay the platform subscription.
Can I pay instructor commissions automatically?
Yes, on the Pro and Max plans. Orira works out what each instructor earns to the cent (percentage, fixed amount, or a mix), with a monthly report. No more doing the math by hand.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro gives you the full management suite: payouts, NFC, Tatame TV, store, and community. Max adds your professional public website, advanced reports (MRR, retention, at-risk students, CSV export), dedicated onboarding, and priority support.
What if my instructors currently collect payments directly from students?
Orira works best with the gym centralising payments: you receive everything and pay instructor commissions, which gives you control of cash flow and data and unlocks card payments and reports. If your instructors collect on their own today, talk to us and we will help you make the switch smoothly.
