Yes. You can export your academy's data (students, payments, attendance) as CSV anytime. GDPR compliant - your academy is the data controller, Orira is the processor.

You set everything up yourself in ~15 minutes: create the academy, add your first modality and plan, import students. There's no mandatory setup, explore at your own pace during the trial.

We accept CSV imports for students, plans and payments. You can keep collecting via MBWAY/IBAN/cash in parallel (MANUAL mode) - Orira tracks and validates payments without forcing a switch.

You pick the methods. MBWay, IBAN or cash work as they always have - student pays, attaches proof, gym validates in 2 taps. For card payments with instant validation (no proof to review), connect Stripe (Stripe processing fees + Orira margin - see the next question). Enable any combination of the 4 methods. Orira doesn't force you to change how you already work.

Tier-based Orira margin: Essencial 2.5%, Pro/Max 1%. The standard Stripe fee (~1.5% + €0.25) is added on top. Total: ~4% on Essencial, ~2.5% on Pro/Max. Example: a student pays €40 on a Pro plan - you receive ~€38.75; €1.25 goes to Stripe + Orira. For MBWay/IBAN/cash there is no Orira fee.

Chargebacks and disputes are on Orira: if Stripe reverses a contested charge, our balance covers it and your IBAN is never debited retroactively. It is part of the margin we charge. A refund you choose to issue is different: the amount goes back to the student out of what you received, and Orira returns the margin it had charged and absorbs the Stripe processing fee.

A tablet or laptop with a browser + a USB NFC reader (~€20 on Amazon). Custom NFC tags branded for your academy can be ordered in packs (20 / 50 / 100) - see the add-on below. The tag-to-student binding happens inside the app.

Yes. Each gym on Orira has its own subscription and its own 15-day trial - subscribing one doesn't cover the other. If it's just a new discipline or class in the same space, it fits in the gym you already have: Orira is multi-discipline, so you don't need to open another one. If they really are separate spaces, with 2 or 3 gyms you put the main one on Max and link the others in a network (see the next question).

Yes. With 2 or 3 gyms, the main one on Max links the others in a network: students, revenue and new sign-ups for each, side by side, shared sales, catalogue and stock, and gear sent from one to another. Max pays only for the headquarters gym; the others pay their own plan (e.g. 3 gyms = Max + Pro + Pro). With 4 or more gyms, or if you charge royalties, there's Multi-location: 199€/mo on HQ's account (159€/mo on the annual plan), with HQ's Max included, unlimited gyms and royalties with 0% to Orira. Getting the network started has a €490 setup (one-time), free for launch partners. At this stage we set it up with you, 1 on 1.

Zero. You set and charge your own royalty to the branches and keep 100% of what the network generates. Orira takes nothing on it - the model is the subscription, not a percentage of your network. (Beyond the subscription, the only thing Orira charges is the per-transaction margin, if you enable card collection - see above.)

Yes, on the Pro and Max plans. Orira works out what each instructor earns to the cent (percentage, fixed amount, or a mix), with a monthly report. No more doing the math by hand.

Pro gives you the full management suite: payouts, NFC, Tatame TV, store, and community. Max adds your professional public website on your own domain, advanced reports (recurring revenue, retention, at-risk students, Excel export), dedicated onboarding, priority support, and a network of up to 3 gyms. It also includes Ori, the AI management copilot.

On the Max plan, Ori is your management copilot: she answers questions about your academy with the same numbers as your reports. She only reads data: she changes nothing, charges no one and sends no message without your confirmation. Each academy's data stays in that academy. You get 200 questions a month (600 on Multi-branch).

The academy assistant (Pro) talks to students and visitors: schedules, prices, rules. Ori (Max) talks to you: revenue, retention, at-risk students and what to do next.

Orira works best with the gym centralising payments: you receive everything and pay instructor commissions, which gives you control of cash flow and data and unlocks card payments and reports. If your instructors collect on their own today, talk to us and we will help you make the switch smoothly.
