If you charge your branches a royalty, you define the rule and the system calculates and shows what each one owes. Orira takes 0% of the royalty you charge - what you pay for is the console, not a percentage of what your branches pay you.
Each gym, its own boss
Branches keep their day-to-day.
Each gym joins on its own plan (Essencial, Pro or Max), with its own instructors, students, payouts and schedules. HQ gets the view from above - not a hammer.

One console, one price.
Example: a network of 3 gyms ≈ 396€/mo (console + 1 Max + 2 Pro) · 5 ≈ 494€/mo · 10 ≈ 739€/mo.
The 199€/mo is the network console, on HQ's account. Each gym joins on whatever plan it wants and pays its own subscription — or you sponsor it. 0% on your royalty: Orira takes nothing from what you charge your branches. If you enable card collection, each gym pays its plan's per-transaction margin (see FAQ). At this stage we talk to you 1-on-1.
